If any organization or person is developed it is because of discipline. We give first priority to discipline in this institute, Our mission is to train poor students from remote areas who can not afford to pay high amount of fees to other institute.

The course is not so difficult, but the difficult part is to learn discipline and to become fit for sea life. The life at sea is hard, Until unless the students are learnt discipline they will become unfit for sea life.

Our main training consists of practical real job training. We are grateful to chairman Paradip Port Trust, its officers and commerce department of Govt. of Orissa for their selfless support. Our staff are given small honorarium, due to which we are able impart training at such lower cost.

This institute is dedicated to the poor students and the reputation of this institute is in the hand of its students. The students must realize that this is their institute as no body has any commercial interest in this institute.

Members of our board of governors spend their time and skill selflessly for the smooth running of this institute. Hence the user of this institute should have regards & respect to their sacrifice. Capt. P. Rout
